ファックス・コピー

「コピーをする」は
make a copy/copies
「白黒で」は
in black-and-white です。

「カラーコピーで」の場合は
in color です。
両方覚えておくといいですね。

「間違えてファックスしてしまいました。」は
I accidentally faxed you a wrong document. 他には
I faxed you a wrong document by mistake.でも同じ意味です。

「破棄する」はthrow away / discard です。

「ファックスの文字が薄くて見えません。」は
The print on the fax is too light to see.
他には
The print on the fax is faded that it’s hard to read.
などでも同じ意味です。

もっと簡単な言い方であれば、
Your fax is hard to read.でも通じます！
